I would like to add the beauty found in also doing nothing external to support healing. My 19 YO son is going through a meaningful healing phase right now. He shared that he was fine and going to ride it out without supports. So empowering to know that’s also an option on the table.
I’ve seen forest fires get hot enough to melt aluminum so this is indeed possible but that’s with a massive amount of fuel whereas these suburban fires just don’t have that so it’s quite odd for sure! Time for blue wheels?

A quick note about diffusing essential oils to cat owners. Essential oils are toxic to cats so best not to diffuse them if there are cats in the home.
